Description

Johnson & Johnson Medical Caribbean, a member of Johnson & Johnson's Family of Companies, is recruiting for a Sales Specialist for its Ethicon (Energy) franchise, located in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico.

Johnson & Johnson Medical Caribbean - PR Marketing Division of Johnson & Johnson International, Guaynabo, is the sales and marketing organization for Johnson & Johnson professional products such as sutures and surgical equipment, products for the prevention of infections and injuries in the operating room, cardiovascular products, and diagnostic equipment.

The Sales Specialist will be responsible for giving the necessary support to Ethicon sales representatives in assigned territory. Responsible for the management and account growth in its territory for Energy portfolio. Responsible for the preparation and implementation of the business plan in assigned territory. Responsible for the introduction of new products into accounts. Detect growth opportunities via education or via Market share. Responsible for the sustained growth of the specialty in charge, taking into consideration market opportunities and available tools in marketing, professional education and others.

Qualifications


A minimum of a Bachelor's degree required, a major in Business Administration, Economy or Engineering preferred; a Master's degree is a plus. A minimum of four (4) years of experience in sales or commercial sales are required. Experience within the healthcare industry preferred. Experience with medical and surgical products a plus. Experience in the Central America, Puerto Rico and Caribbean markets preferred. Fully Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required. Computer literate: Word, Excel & Power Point, are required. Ability to make formal presentations of technical information to a technical audience, and demonstrate strong analysis, numerical acuity, negotiation and problem-solving skills. Proactive, organized, and resourceful, maintain accountability for his/her actions and make good judgment in the performance of his/her duties. Availability to travel approximately 50% throughout Puerto Rico & English Speaking Caribbean is required. A valid driver's license, with a clean driving record are required.
