Position general description
The Marketing Finance Supervisor works in supporting the Business Units across Northern Cluster (Colombia, Venezuela, Puerto Rico and Central America);
Main responsibilities
Give support to BU in achieving business results (Net Sales for Northern Cluster ca.)
Opex execution and administration related to the BU.
Capex control over execution, administration and return (Capex budget).
Validation and approval of Financial Models for the BUs across the Cluster.
Analyze the price variations to identify sources of growth.
Analysis and recommendations of financial proposals involving capital investments, pricing and profitability for the BUs (Northern Cluster)
Add new value creation propositions into the financial models.
Business Plan, Stretch Goal and Other Updates (MU, JU, and NU) process in Direct PnL lines for Northern Cluster by country and Platform Level.
Support the quota process for the BUs (Northern Cluster).
Close relationship with Business Unit Director as part of an advisor role.
Responsible of monthly performance for the BUs.
Assess the profitability of each country in the northern Cluster to look for increasing profitability at the system level (through ICP’s).
Suggest, evaluate and implement automated tools to minimize workload and time for financial reports.
Ensure controls and SOX compliance.
Position report to: Marketing Controller
Calificaciones
Financial Planning and business experience (forecast, financial analysis, reports, and variance analysis) required.
Seven (7) years of experience is required
Bachelors degree required (prefer major in Accounting/Finance) with a post-graduate studies in Finance.
MBA would be a plus
Bilingual (English/Spanish) (Fluent: writing, reading and speaking).
Highly recommended to have strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Power Point. Experience with Hyperion Essbase, SAP and JDEdwards is a plus.
