This Senior HR Manager position will provide global strategic and business partner support to the following client organizations: WW Customer Technical Services, Falcon Accelerator (Point of Care), Global Finance, Business Development and Communications. This position will provide leadership to senior management in the development and implementation of key business, talent and organizational strategies.

This role requires a results-oriented HR professional with extensive experience in a complex, global matrix environment. Must have a proven track record of proactive strategic thinking, delivery and sense of urgency in a collaborative environment. A demonstrated record of implementing customized solutions, interventions and strategies to improve organizational results is required. Very strong business acumen required and a proven track record of setting, and executing business objectives. Successful candidate will also have demonstrated capacity to skillfully communicate with all levels of employees, influence outcomes and establish credibility as a skilled HR business partner. The scope includes developing and implementing effective human resources strategies and processes to support overall business objectives including: talent acquisition and retention, change management and culture development, organization design and effectiveness, diversity and inclusion, talent management, leadership and team development, performance management.

The Senior HR Manager will lead processes to effect change and increase organizational effectiveness in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. It will be important to promote positive business and organizational outcomes through effective organization design & development, change leadership, business partnering, and interpretation/communication of policies.

Qualifications


A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required. It is required to have a minimum of 8 years overall business experience. A minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience in a business-based HR role with notable accomplishments in organizational development and change leadership is required. Strong consultation skills and proven track record in a client-facing role, including the ability to challenge and influence senior leaders to align people processes and practices with business objectives is required. Global experience preferred.

This role is located in Raritan, NJ and may require up to 10% domestic and international travel.
