Janssen-Cilag SpA is looking for a NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT (NBD) & NEW PRODUCT INTRODUCTION MANAGER, to be hired with a PERMANENT CONTRACT in the Strategic Customer Group Department.
THE NBD & NEW PRODUCT INTRODUCTION TEAM MANAGER reports to the Strategic Customer Group Director and to the EMEA NBD VP and will be responsible for New Business Development and New Product Introduction.

The New Business Development responsibilities include:
- Working on the development and implementation of inorganic growth strategies (through identification of gaps and needs in local portfolio) in line with regional goals and objectives;
- Owning the leadership of EMEA projects related to the Therapeutic Area Onco-Hematology, where he/she proactively leads the team in the commercial appraisal of the bespoken products;
- Participating to the identification of the key priorities linked to the TA Onco-Hematology, strongly collaborating and in alignment with Corporate functions (PGDB, GCSO, RCSLs);
- Managing project reviews coming from senior management, gaining their buy-in;
- Suggesting and defining the business case in support of regional and local initiatives to be approved by the senior management;
- Participating to international and national meetings where cultivating networking with other companies, with whom to potentially work in partnership;

The New Product Introduction responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with the other company functions to prepare pre-launch plans for new products;
- Managing and coordinating the Country Value Team activities as Coutry Value Team Leader, thus coordinating the bespoken in line with the Integrated Brand Value Team Leaders’ guidelines (IBVTL).

The candidate could be part of the Company Leadership Team to bring his/her contribution to the Company Strategy.

Qualifications


REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Academic & Professional Background: Degree in Life Sciences or Economics/Statistics.

Language Knowledge: Fluent in English

IT Knowledge: SAP and Office Package.

Other skills and abilities:
- At least 5 years of experience in the same role;
- Product Life Cycle Planning
- Licensing & Acquisition Management;
- New Business Development;
- Co-marketing & co-promotion;
- Portfolio management;
- Intellectual Property Management;
- Forecasting; Profit & Loss Management;
- Financial data analysis

The figure will be located in Cologno Monzese.
