Be Vital in this role
As an Ethicon Surgical Care Product Specialist, you will be responsible for a range of cutting edge medical products used in a variety of minimally invasive and open surgical procedures. By partnering with surgeons, nurses and procurement staff within the hospital environment, you will focus on developing long term relationships with these customers to achieve sales growth and targets. You will work across a range of highly complex and diverse products specialising in colorectal, bariatric, thoracic and general surgical specialties.

We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual who is passionate about making a difference for the customers we serve and the patients we help. You may not have any previous sales experience in healthcare however you will need to demonstrate the following in order to stand out from the rest:
- Experience in a professional sales environment (within or outside of healthcare)
- A true desire to achieve the best outcome for our customers and patients by delivering exceptional customer service
- Demonstrated ability using your initiative to resolve problems and proactively seek a solution
- An interest to continuously learn and grow, an interested and inquisitive nature
- Excellent interpersonal skills to be able to build rapport with people at all levels
- Strong verbal communication skills to influence and negotiate as necessary
- Achievement orientated with solid business acumen
- The ability to take on board and impart clinical information
- The confidence to work effectively under pressure in an operating theatre environment
- A qualification in a business or science related degree is important
