Position Title: eCommerce Account Manager
Location: Maidenhead

Main duties and responsibilities:
DIGITAL EXPERTISE
You’ll be responsible implementing the ecommerce strategy within a key national grocery account, Tesco.com. Your previous expertise in ecommerce will help drive innovation and best in class execution.
BUSINESS ACUMEN
You will have P&L responsibility and develop an ecommerce joint business plan to unlock the commercial potential for JnJ and your customer in this exciting area of growth. You will drive growth through the key pillars in your account: product ranging, online merchandising, promotions and media buying.
RELATIONSHIP BUILDER
Developing an industry leading relationship with your customer is a must. Your customer negotiation skills must be well honed and you should have a good commercial understand of digital and ecommerce. Building relationships within JnJ will be critical to your success; championing ecommerce through the business and across marketing, shopper, customer and regulatory.
TECHNICAL EXPERTISE
You should have a basic knowledge of front and back end code to enable you to talk at a technical level with the account’s .com team. Your existing understanding of media metrics, sales KPIs and promo analysis is a must in this role.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Proven experience:
You will have started your career as an account management/buyer and have will have already moved into your current ecommerce role.
Passionate about digital & the opportunities it brings to drive top line growth.
Commercially minded with a desire to drive profitable business growth.
Experience of working with multiple stakeholders and managing multiple projects and priorities.
A confident presenter & able to communicate complex digital subjects with both internal teams and external retail partners.
