Learning Business Partner

This position is responsible for supporting the learning and development needs of the organization.

POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Effectively establish, deepen and sustain key relationships with managers and supervisors to understand their business needs.
• Provide oversight and analysis to managers and supervisors when defining Quality System training requirements.
• Demonstrate an understanding of quality processes and methodology in order to provide learning and development solutions and ensure personnel are adequately trained to perform their assigned responsibilities.
• Ability to lead and oversee learning and development solutions to improve business performance and results.
• Measure, analyze and report on effectiveness of learning.
• Provide leadership and execution for quality systems based training initiatives.
• Act as a subject matter expert for adult learning methodologies, assist trainers and SMEs in overall approach and content development.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement especially in the area of on-the-job training.
• Assist the organization in improving job performance.
• Responsible for preparing new managers and supervisors for their role in the training process.
• Maintain open communication with other LBPs to ensure synchronization with the other business units.
• Work with centralized LMS Admin group for processing and maintaining training documentation.
• Additional duties as assigned.
• Know and follow all laws and policies that apply to one's job, and maintain the highest levels of professionalism, ethics and compliance at all times.
• Diligently participate in our compliance program-related activities as denoted by your supervisor or our Chief Compliance Officer.
• Promote and nurture the highest standards of professionalism, ethics and compliance, and actively support our compliance program-related initiatives and activities.
• Consistently enforce employee compliance, including attendance at training programs, and promptly report any non-compliance to the Chief Compliance Officer.

Qualifications


PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
• Knowledge of FDA, ISO or similarly regulated compliance regulations.
• 5 – 7 years of training, management or performance consulting experience.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS
• Working proficiency in English and German (also Italian required at Mezzovico)
