Overall responsibilities
Nicorette is a global brand, managed regionally by the Smoking Cessation Franchise in EMEA, and locally by the Nicorette Marketing team with 3 members: Senior Brand Manager, Confirmed Brand Manager and Assistant Brand Manager.
Nicorette Confirmed Product Manager is a key stakeholder responsible for developing and growing the 1st brand within J&J OTC portfolio in France
Principal accountabilities
1/ MARKETING PLAN
- Identifies growth opportunities for Nicorette, influences strategy and participates in business model optimization through the marketing plan process
- Prepares NPI launch leading a cross functional project team: provides the product mix, gets it validated by top management and launches on time
- Implements operational actions with trade marketing (POS material, training…)
- Establishes a good partnership with sales team: pilots sales cycle and salesreps meeting, tracks performance and implements required actions
- Supports visa request to the Health Authority, in collaboration with Regulatory team
- Leads media : briefs agency, validates and monitors media plan, tracks performance
- Owns BME management
2/ ANALYSES AND UNDERSTANDS THE MARKET
- Analyses smoking cessation market evolution. Tracks and analyses Nicorette and competitors performance (Sell out, Share of Market, NTS)
- Forecasts Nicorette sales with Supply Chain, Sales and Finance teams. Owns the S&OP process within the Nicorette Marketing team. Identifies risks and opportunities vs LE and proactively alerts in case of gap. Recommends an action plan.
- Works with GSI to better understand consumers and build insights: identifies market studies need, implements studies and analyses key learnings, establishes action plan
3/ DEVELOP COMMUNICATION ASSETS : DIGITAL & MEDIA
- Leads digital project with IT, external agencies, internal stakeholders (regulatory, medical, legal teams…), in collaboration with Franchise
- Adapts TVC locally
Qualifications
- Business degree graduate
- 5/6 years brand management experience (Pharmacy/OTC business knowledge is a plus)
- Digital skills : website development, CRM, SEO/SEA
- Analytical skills, rigor
- Strategic thinking, curiosity
- Fluent French and English speaker
- 1st experience in management (option)
