Description
- Write up reviews for key marketing activities, new product launch and lesson learnt for next year planning
- Provide inputs on the development of the best local adaptation of franchise footprint and new product roadmap based on business understanding
- Develop annual media plan with advertising agency to maximize cost efficiency and review execution results on monthly basis for refinements
- Lead NPD business team to ensure timely new product launch with flawless execution
- Act as key window for advertising agency related subjects-Manage,regular weekly meeting, project update, ensure contact report is issued on time
Qualifications
- 3-6years marketing experience of FMCG industry, Personal care category will be a plus;
- Have experience of TVC development, creative development and media planning
- Good at promotion analysis and budget control
- Good at understanding consumer behavior and insight
- Strong communication skill and influencing ability
