§ To be responsible for logistics operation project to ensure full compliance with quality and regulatory requirements as a continuously improved activity
§ To be responsible for system enhancement and operation improvement to ensure operation productivity and the optimum utilization of manpower, equipment and materials
§ To provide operation solution and coordinate execution to support diversify business strategy
§ Data analysis for process improvement in all DCs.
§ Support Line Manager for other CLS global and local initiatives.
Other responsibilities defined in written procedures.

§ Complete adherence to local legislation and guidelines and implementation of company policies and procedures
§ Cross function collaboration to ensure a high level customer satisfaction
§ Responsible for assessing people or 3PL’s risk that may lead to business impact
资历
Experience
Rich job experience in SAP/WMS system
Familiar with project management methodology and practice
Experience in logistics operation is preferred
Experience in Healthcare industry and MD&D industry is preferred
Several years of experience in people management
Manufacturing experience as preferred
Capability
Demonstrated ability to deliver results while working on multiple projects simultaneously, balancing resources, timing and quality of outcomes.
Demonstrated problem-solving, interpersonal and leadership skills
Master in the use of program management software application (such as, but not limited to Microsoft project) and strong computer skills working with Microsoft office programs is required.
Strong written and oral communication skills in both Chinese and English
Education
College degree above, preferably with background in supply chain
