SENIOR FINANCE SUPPLY CHAIN AND
BUSINESS COMPLIANCE ANALYST
Busienss Sector: Pharmaceutical

Reporting to the Marketing Finance Controller, this role will have responsible for;
Supply chain analysis
- Business partner to the supply chain team
- Budgeting and forecasting related to Inventory, COGS and GP.
- Responsible for third party negotiations eg. Distributor, Third Party Manufacturer
- Monthly review and reporting of operational performance parameters, Inventory reserve & costing analysis e.g. Variance analysis, Slow moving items, Full Absorption Analysis, Inventory write off/write down
- Responsible for determination of standard costs and cost variances analysis
- Responsible for accurate inventory valuation
- Handling all reporting related to inventory and costing (to Global/ Regional/ Local Management) e.g. gross inventory submission, inventory reserve due to sourcing company, GP analysis.
- Inventory and subcontract manufacturing management: Goods Received processing, Inventory transfer, Inventory adjustment, etc.
- Tracking of damages, excess, obsolescence and quality control of stocks
- Month end closing for inventory and costing
- Deliver continuous improvement recommendations and justifications to drive improvements. Recommend changes that will eliminate future inaccuracies from occurring.
- SOX compliance in related to supply chain.
Business Compliance
- Perform initial review of Health Care Professional related payment to ensure that it’s approved by HCCO and complies with HCC policies (HCC: Health Care Compliance)
- Perform initial review of employee’s expense report (gXRS report)
- Assist the compliance manager in doing routine monitoring and reviewing activities
- Interfacing effectively with employees at all levels, including HCC team
Qualifications
- Bachekor degree or higher in Accounting or Finance or equivalent
- CPA and MBA are preferable
- Minimum 5 year experiences in audit firm, inventory and costing, general account, and/or managerial accounting in MNC.
- Work Experience with SAP a must
- Effective communication
- Self-Driven, Discipline, Detailed and highly organized
- Committed and able to work in a fast paced environment and meeting deadlines
- Able to work well independently.
- High level of integrity with good ethical core values
- Ability to make and stand by difficult decisions
- Good interpersonal skills
- MS Office, SAP/JDE ERP, and IBM Cognos/TM-1 (OLAP) Financial Analysis Tools.
- Fluent in both Thai and English in speaking, reading, and writing.
