SUMMARY OF THE JOB:

Provides finance leadership and decision support for BWI Global Commercial teams including US Sales, Strategy, New Product Development, Business Intelligence and Global Supply Chain.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Under general supervision and in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position will be:

Provide analytical support for ad hoc projects as well as ongoing decision support, particularly related to product pricing strategy and GP analysis

A key finance business partner for the Marketing Directors namely Strategy, New Product Development, Business Intelligence as well as Sales Operations Director and Global Supply Chain Director of Global Planning

Act as finance lead for annual corporate strategic planning process for BWI WW, including coordination with regions, Cordis and HQ as needed. Drive data collection and analytics in support of this project.

Act as finance lead for the annual portfolio planning process. Drive data collection and analytics in support of this project. Drive collaboration with business and finance functions in HQ and regions as needed.

Financial Modeling skills to include new product market models and long range planning.

Provide finance leadership and decision support during annual business planning process and quarterly updates to the key stakeholder groups identified above

Preparation, analysis and review of actual and variance analysis related to WW sales and P&L and other key metrics.

Provide financial support and leadership to new product launches. Drive coordination with other finance and business teams as well as innovation group as appropriate.

Communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level

Identification and elimination of non-value added activities in the Finance Department to achieve continuous improvement. Identification and implementation of process improvements.

Support for key compliance activities to ensure adherence to SOX, WWP’s and internal policies and procedures.

Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level

Responsible for ensuring subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition

Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures

Responsible for performing other duties assigned as needed

EDUCATION/TRAINING and/or EXPERIENCE:

Bachelors Degree Accounting/Finance and three (3) to five (5) years of related work/ business experience. Masters degree or Certified Management Accountant preferred

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES and CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES:

Other Skills/relevant Experiences:

Understanding and application of GAAP.

Qualifications


EDUCATION/TRAINING and/or EXPERIENCE:

Bachelors Degree Accounting/Finance and three (3) to five (5) years of related work/ business experience. Masters degree or Certified Management Accountant preferred
