Johnson & Johnson's Family of Companies, is recruiting a Director, Global Health Services Latin America. The position can be located in Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Venezuela, Puerto Rico, Miami-FL and Colombia.
As part of a Regional leadership team, manages an integrated health team across the Campuses through all Latin America locations seeking to optimize the development & execution of Global Health Service (GHS) strategies across multiple business functions. Assumes campus-wide stewardship and accountability for the deployment and performance of Global Health and Wellness strategy, policies, standards and compliance. Routinely interfaces with business leaders in the campus functioning as key liaison with Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), Human Resources, Legal, Finance, and operational leadership. Manages and eliminates workplace health risks and supports improved business outcomes through advancing employee health and wellbeing. Accountable for multiple models of workplace health delivery designs based on local regulations, cultures and healthcare infrastructures in multiple countries. Responsible for vendor management within the region including site level and campus level service providers. Leads and executes key management activities including, campus budget, cost allocation, and regulatory tracking processes. Defines and coordinates all GHS resource needs within campus while optimizing leverage of subject matter experts (e.g., Occupational Health, Wellness, Employee Assistance Program and Energy Management). Supports GHS integration planning and execution activities to rapidly bring new acquisitions in-campus sites into conformance with J&J standards. Fosters an atmosphere of openness and information sharing in order to encourage a culture of high awareness, transparency and diligence with respect to GHS matters.
Qualifications
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required. A Master's degree is preferred. Concentrations related to a health technical field are preferred. Seven to ten (7-10) years of experience within the Health, Wellness and/or Clinical areas are highly desired. At least five (5) years of managerial experience are required. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Candidate must be bilingual (English and Spanish). Portuguese proficiency is desired. Must be willing to travel 30% - 40% of the time (US & Latin America).
