Under the Supervision of the Marketing Manager Cardio EMEA develops and supports regions to execute on the Core Cardiology portfolio Marketing and Business Plan.
Explores and develops new marketing activities and / or differentiated approaches to sell, promote and train on Cardiology Core business across EMEA.
Collaborates and supports the INCRAFT Marketing Director EMEA, with INCRAFT pre-launch and launch activities.
Assists the EMEA Sales Development Director Cordis, preparing analysis of market trends, competitive activity, unmet customer needs, Cordis Commercial analysis and tools.
- Develops and executes comprehensive professional and consumer advertising and promotional plans and programs.
- Develops brand strategy and engages in lifecycle planning by identifying strategies, tactics and action plans.
- Performs sales and competitive analysis.
- Monitors progress of implementation versus plans and recommends adjustments as needed. Oversees the work of advertising agencies in advertising, Congresses, costing and pricing.
- Conducts and evaluates market research and test market activities.
- Directs vendors to effectively execute business plans. Evaluates ideas, products and programs.
- Investigates market opportunities by establishing priorities and recommends exploitation of potentially profitable markets for new, existing or enhanced products and programs.
- Determines criteria used in screening new and existing product ideas.
- Evaluates and implements improvements for defending existing products and programs.
- Establishes and maintains key customer relationships and partnerships for market development and enhanced competitive market share.
- Forecasts demand and participates in review of sales forecasts for assigned product line.
Qualifications
Education & experience
- Minimum 2 years experience in medical devices required.
- 2-4 years experience in sales and marketing in medical devices preferred.
- University-level degree required with MBA-level qualification preferred.
- Based in Brussels or willing to relocate to Brussels.
- Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proficient in English language.
