Janssen, Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies, is looking for a Strategy Implementation Manager Oncology.

Overview:

Trainer position is aimed to provide objective expertise, feedback and actionable recommendations on the execution of product strategies developed by CVTs Oncology, Narcology, CNS and Immunology, Gastroenterology. Also, Trainer is responsible for the assessment and proposals for development of sales/negotiations skills of sales force and coaching/territory management skills of regional managers.

Major Responsibilities

Monitoring of CVT strategy execution by Operational team, analysis of barriers and opportunities for CVT strategies execution

Provide feedback and actionable recommendations on CVT strategy improvement to CVT and Operational Board

Assessment and improvement of key skills of regional managers (territory management, coaching) and field force (selling skills, negotiation skills)

Key Job Activities:

Monitoring of CVT strategy execution by Operational team, analysis of barriers and opportunities for CVT strategies execution
- understanding of CVT strategy: key customer groups, target market, patient flow, leverage points, actions to address leverage points
- development of check-list to assess CVT strategy execution
- analysis of regional potential to schedule and prioritize field work
- field assessment of CVT strategy execution, analysis of barriers and opportunities

Provide feedback and actionable recommendations on CVT strategy improvement to CVT and Operational Board
- consolidate field feedback on CVT strategy execution, develop and present actionable recommendations to CVT leaders and Operational Board
- monitor implementation of strategy amendments
- take part at business and strategic planning for products under responsibility area
- exchange best practices between regions and CVTs

Assessment and improvement of key skills of regional managers (territory management, coaching) and field force (selling skills, negotiation skills)
- development of assessment forms in cooperation with HR
- regular assessment of sales force and regional managers skills and providing feedback to ROMs and Operations Director
- capturing and submitting to HR field force training needs on regular basis

Job Qualifications

Education: medical/marketing

Experience: sales management 3+ years and/or marketing 5+ years

Knowledge: sales management, business planning, strategy development, basics of marketing

Additional Requirements

· Strong analytical skills

· Excellent collaboration skills: proven track record of successful cross-functional/department collaboration

· Proactiveness: proven track record of proactive feedback and recommendations on strategy execution

· English – Upper-Intermediate

· Tech savvy

· Readiness for intensive business trips (80% of working time)
