Description
- Lead process engineering team to sustain /improve processes in collaboration with other departments or develop new production processes as required by technology changes or new products introduction.
- Supervise the project execution effect to achieve quality, cost and delivery goals of the project.
- Co-ordinate relative production engineering activities within the company
- Participate in the effort to implement lean manufacturing and reduce lead-time & WIP.
- Work with engineering manager to identify cost reduction and profit improvement programmes.
- Maintains master data in SAP;
- Ensure that responsibilities under the Quality System as defined in the Quality Manual are met.
- Participate to the development, implementation and maintenance of the Quality system.
- Ensure that all Health & Safety requirements are fulfilled in accordance with the responsibilities defined in the Company Safety Statement.
- Participate to the development, implementation and maintenance of the Heath & Safety system.
- Work with EHS to ensure completion of all Job Safety Analysis.
- Identification of Training Needs of subordinate
- Ensure process engineering team is compliant with all sending-site guideline.
- Develop process engineering team ability.
Qualifications

- Mechanical Engineering Degree or equivalent
- Minimum 4~7 years experience in a Engineering role within a multinational company
- Experience with engineering products/machine tools. (CNC Machines)
- Very good English communication skills
- Previous experience within the Healthcare/Medical Devices Sector is plus ;
- Experience in Lean Manufacturing
- Experience in Process Excellence
