Responsible for Demand Planning, Inventory Management and Warehouse operation to fulfil business needs and ensure compliance with local and J&J requirement
Job Responsibilities
- Facilitates S&OP meeting and updates with supply chain partners and internal cross-functional business partners (marketing, sales and finance) to clarify demand requirements and drive improvements in forecast accuracy.
- Plans inventory per the sales forecast, to meet both customer service and inventory targets
- Coordinate with 3PL for repacking or relabelling process and ensure compliance following QA requirement
- Follows up the process of warehousing of finished goods, fill orders, ships and delivers to customer.
- Prepares reports for management to assist with decision making.
- Supply Chain projects (improvement / initiative / POD / POP etc.)
Qualifications
Job Requirements
- University educated in business or related disciplines.
- At least 2 years of supply chain experience with proven track record in multi-national company.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in oral and written English and Mandarin.
- Good understanding and insights for health care or pharmaceutical/medical industry and with knowledge of GMP is preferred
- Good Big Picture Orientation with attention to details
- Passionate, committed, initiative and follow through capability to deliver results.
- Good influencing skills and teamwork
- Strategic thinking in terms of business orientation and customers’ insights
