Responsibility
% of Time
1.
Leads programs and projects managed by Application Services Supply Chain. Responsible for ensuring that project plans are defined and executed to achieve the business and technical objectives. The Project Manager monitors progress on all key project phases, manages the project budget, and assures timely response to all issues and opportunities that can affect the project. Collect project management metrics to pro-actively manage projects, and report progress per AS operation framework. Lead and coach project team members to ensure high quality deliverables are completed per project schedules.
KPI (Key Performance Indicators):
- Define and manage project resources to deliver project /program on schedule.
- Deliver high quality solutions that meet or exceeded partner requirements(customer satisfaction)
- Manage project financials within approved budget.
- System performance and scalability
- Delivery of Project Quality
- Customer Satisfaction

Responsible and accountable for all data exchange interfaces between SAP and non-SAP systems, as well as Level 3 application support and resolving key risks and management issues related to projects managed by AS.
- Creates a robust, sustainable architecture that supports requirements and provides for expansion given constraints and availability of data and skilled resources
- Responsible for preparing design documentation.
- Analyzes business needs and creates data exchange /interface solutions.
- Evaluates and recommends software and hardware solutions to meet user needs.
- Works with end users and business analysts to ensure tight fit between source system and target system
- Configures SAP PI and other interface tools like Web-Methods, to ensure secured and accurate data exchange
KPI :
- See that User Requests (may include incidents and break fix) are resolved in a timely manner
- Manage relationship with key business partners and Application Services peers
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance

3. Communications & Reporting
- Provide regular, frequent and detail-appropriate reports back to Operating
Company leadership team, all levels of AS management.
- Ability to liaise and communicate effectively with Client Management accountability
- Interacts with business users and I/T to define current and future application
requirements.
- Diligently manage and escalate project risk effectively

Qualifications
Knowledge and skills required:
Knowledge/Experience of the systems and data in the Pharma, Medical and Life-Science Industries related to one or two the following is critical
- Data Exchange Interface tools / Data Models
- Supply Chain (Manufacturing and Logistics) systems (SAP and non-SAP)
- Clinical Trials Management
- Quality and Compliance
Knowledge/Experience in one of the following areas in Pharm Industry is nice to have
- ERP implementation (SAP, Order Management, Finance)
- CRM implementation (Commercial Pharm Sales & Marketing)
- Contract Management (Model N)
Desired Education
- Bachelor and above degrees from prominent universities
Essential Experience
- Overall industry experience of 10+ yrs with at least relevant experience of 5 yrs with exceptional communications skills.
- At least 5 years’ experience in SAP PI consulting or SAP ABAP Development.
- Exposure to Master Data Management systems and tools.
- Strong in design skills, conceptual modeling , ability to translate business needs to technical solutions
- SAP Project Management and technical lead experience preferred (including Change Management, Schedule Management, Team Management…etc)
- Good understanding of consumer /healthcare industry (pharmaceutical and medical /diagnostics) supply Chain processes
- Strong communication and facilitation skills - able to articulate issues clearly
- With relevant experience in healthcare industry
- Excellent language skills in English and Chinese, both written and spoken
- Willing and able to travel as project work demands
- Demonstrated track records
- Good collaboration and team work
- Ability and readiness to work under pressure
