Primary Responsibilities
Corporate Strategy:
Identify company-level growth opportunities and devise strategies to capture opportunities
Develop frameworks for business reviews, planning, and strategy development
Roll-up BU strategies and develop integrated total company strategies
Develop portfolio of company-level strategic projects
Lead cross-functional and cross-BU task forces to drive implementation of company-level strategic projects
Develop internal management systems and business models
Business Unit (BU) Partner:
Analyze market and environmental context to identify emerging business opportunities
Assist BU leadership to develop commercial strategies & go-to-market models
Devise strategies for growth initiatives and portfolio of BU-level strategic projects
Act as PMO and lead BU teams to develop implementation plans for strategic projects
Assist BU leadership team to synthesize robust strategic plan
Qualifications
Qualification Requirements
Educational Background
Bachelor’s Degree required
Overseas MBA preferred Relevant Working Experience
Minimum 3 years working experience, 5+ years preferred
Work experience in strategic project management from Fortune 500 company and/or management consulting Competency
Technical Skills:
Outstanding analytical skills (e.g. generating market models)
Ability to synthesize multiple perspectives into frameworks
Soft Skills:
Exceptional strategic thinking abilities
Exceptional leadership to drive project execution
Strong communication and influence skills
Strong team mentality with collaborative mindset PC Skills
Excellent in PowerPoint and Excel Language Skills
Fluent Business English (speaking, writing, reading)
Fluent Mandarin Chinese to communicate within China offices
