The Corporate Account Manager is responsible for developing & coordinating aligned strategic plan, tactics, and solutions for assigned accounts, aligning internal commercial and COE resources to address customer needs and ensure successful integration and adoption of selected solutions to targeted customers, while proactively fostering relationships with key stakeholders, economic and clinical decision makers within aligned accounts. They will also prepare, analyze and implement contract solutions, terms and conditions, compliance, and metrics, and deliver key customer messages to differentiate Cordis from competitors and provide access for growth platforms. The CAM will drive awareness & understanding of “value” we have to offer across key decision makers.

Qualifications
To be considered for this position, a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required, MBA is preferred. A minimum of 5-10 years sales management, marketing, finance, corporate account or general management experience is required.
Excellent oral and written communication skills are required. Candidate must be articulate with both written and verbal communications and presentations at all levels. Strong business acumen/analytics, planning skills, and an understanding of current and future state business conditions are required. A track record of success in managing direct and indirect reports is preferred. Must have excellent planning and organizational skills. Must be able to travel as required which will include overnight travel and weekends up to 60 - 70%.
