Description
The Johnson & Johnson Employee Service Center is currently searching for a Contract Customer Service Representative, Contact Center, based in New Brunswick, NJ.
A Customer Service Representative (CSR) is the first point of contact for an employee or manager calling the Employee Service Center. The CSR answers general questions regarding portal navigation and HR/Payroll policies and procedures, referring to an online knowledge base for information and guidance. The CSR uses a case management tool for tracking requests and may transfer or escalate them to other service center parties if the issue cannot be resolved within the contact center.
Responsibilities Include:
- Serve as a first point-of-contact for current and former Johnson & Johnson employees for questions regarding Work Day & Our Source Portal transactions. Deliver education and transaction support for WorkDay and Our Source HRIS.
- Provide and document all interactions utilizing designated case & document-managerment tools. Provide complete and accurate responses and redirect inquiries or transactions as necessary to support US/PR businesses
- Accurately capture, track, and follow up on initiated cases related to all forms of contacts (phone, email, fax, etc.) and adhere to established KPI’s for resolution (e.g., protocols, metrics).
- Perform intake, sorting, tracking, and distribution for documents that arrive at the service center for processing (e.g., mail, fax) and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- BS/BA Required
- HR OPERATIONS- Experience preferred
- 1–2 years of customer service experience within a call centerpreferred ;
- Strong sense of customer service
- Experience with contact center applications (e.g., case management, call center telephony, knowledge management) strongly preferred
- Skills and/or experience in a specific area of HR or Payroll desireable (e.g., HRIS, Payroll Processing, Employee Data Management, Org Management)
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong sense of urgency to meet deadlines
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Powerpoint required
- Bilingual fluency in written and spoken Spanish a plus
