Responsible for the direction of an operational area, including regular interaction with top management of other areas

Responsibility
R&D leadership for Baby Care Product Design Rinse-Off Category team
Manage and develop team members to ensure that the new products meet all the suc-cess criteria, specifically consumer action standards, timeline, cost, and quality require-ments.
Provide technical support for TA/TT/QA/Production/Customer Service, which could in-volve assisting with problem solving particularly for new products
Contribute ideas for improvement to current processes in efficiency and effectiveness.
Assist in the smooth transfer of responsibility of new product development projects to TT/TA .
Work with cross functional team to ensure flawless execution for each new product initia-tives and surround-sound launches for key initiatives
Qualifications
Financial responsibility:
1. Thorough knowledge of all the aspects of new product development process, including impact on other areas
2. Able to work independently and build relationships will all levels of management across different functions within and outside the region.
Education level requirement:
Bachlor degree or above
Working experience:
POSITION TYPICALLY REQUIRES 8+ YEARS EXPERIENCE WITH PhD / MS, 10+ YEARS EXPERIENCE WITH BS
