General description:
As a Manager you’ll focus on applying the Competencies, and you will gradually shift to leading them within our organization. At this level you’ll be expected to lead various cross-functional teams, manage external relationships, oversee Marketing plan execution and contribute to setting strategic direction. You may also coach and develop junior team members.
Main responsibilities:
- Leading business planning process, ensure the execution and implementation of the elements of the Marketing Mix
- Pioneering commercialization of a new technology that can be used across multiple brands,
- Partnering with cross-functional partners to identify and implement new processes to improve organizational efficiency,
- Motivating agencies to take risks and innovate based on consumer and market place trends, and spearheading a team investigating new tools that can track effectiveness of cutting edge media tactics.
- Ensure through market and competitive analysis in order to optimize strategies
- Control the Brand P&L
- Develop, train and inspire his/her work team
- Leading main Marketing variables (Price, Product, Promotion, Distribution and Positioning)
- Uses in-depth knowledge of the spectrum of media vehicles, including digital, driving synergies within media plans, to efficiently deliver on communication objectives in real time
- Establish and maintain key customer relationships and partnerships for market development.
Reports to: Senior Marketing Manager

- Professional degree: Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, etc.
- Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish
Experience:
Number of years: minimum of 5 years of experience
