Job Responsibilities
· Lead the commercial team consisting of commercial managers in each region
· Establish overall tendering strategy and process, predominantly for our pharmaceutical product, Bioseal.
· Connecting with company GA team for tendering of disposables, and lead the tendering process of Bioseal by working closely with internal sales team.
· Work with sales team on hospital listing of new products.
· Initiate and execute academic programs and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders of KA hospitals.
· Establish commercial policies, track commercial sales, and help sales managers to recruit and manage distributors.
· This role will report to business director directly.

· Strong planning and organizing skills
· Solid business acumen and strategic thinking skills
· Customer Intimacy and sensitive to the changes of external environment
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Possesses strong vision and is innovative to think for the long run
Experience:
· At least 7 years’ experience in medical industry, preferably in pharmaceutical industry on commercial or sales role.
· 2+ years people management experience
Education:
· Bachelor’s Degree or above. Clinical medicine background is preferred
