Description
Johnson & Johnson's Global Finance Services (GFS) Team is implementing an exciting, transformational Global Finance Standardization vision as an enterprise-wide priority. The GFS initiative will establish or expand regional shared service centers around the globe to perform finance work in areas such as accounts payable, invoice to cash, financial accounting and travel expense transaction processing services for Johnson & Johnson affiliates.
Project Supervisor (Knowledge Transfer Lead) - Global Finance Services (Asia Pacific)
(Based in Manila, Philippines)
The Project Supervisor (Knowledge Transfer Lead) is responsible to provide overall support to the Transition Lead for overall knowledge transfer activities. Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:
- Oversight of and responsibility for leading all GFC-Manila and onsite knowledge transfer activities
- Preparation of individual knowledge transfer plans, curriculum, and training materials
- Training schedules and logistics
- Tracking of training, proficiency tests completion
- Communication and alignment of knowledge transfer (KT) approach, strategy, activities and schedule with local finance
- Coordination with technology, compliance and business process work streams for all training requirements and strategy
- Coordination with technology work stream for training environment and access readiness
- Provide training status updates, highlights issues and risks regarding KT to management
Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Accountancy or a finance-related field

At least 4-6 years overall work experience in accounting and/or finance

At least 1-3 years experience in project management, SAP implementations, or process migrations with comprehensive understanding of project delivery and continuous improvement concepts, processes and procedures

Experience in conducting training, or being a key user (SME) for SAP implementations, process migrations, or any other solutions implementation

Experience in financial shared services of a multinational corporation

Strong team working and relationship building skills

Exhibits a high level of autonomy as demonstrated via independent decision-making, prioritizing own workload and project management skills

Ability to work and communicate with management on resolutions of issues or decision-making

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for daily operations and interfacing with internal and external customers

Ability to read, understand, verbally exchange information and compose written material for business purposes in English

Experience in using ERP systems required; SAP preferred

Proficiency in basic MS Office applications (Excel, Powerpoint, Word) required

Willing to travel as required for business

Willing to work on graveyard shifts (as needed)

Willing to be assigned in Parañaque City, Metro Manila, Philippines
