Your Function:
You are responsible for the preparation, submission and follow-up of pricing and reimbursement files for your portfolio. Specific duties include:
- Write and put together pricing and reimbursement files to be submitted including health economics if appropriate. Follow up with national authorities and interact with them as appropriate.
- Interact with colleagues of the local and European company to collect information necessary for submissions.
- Be an active member of the CVT (country value team, i.e. a cross-functional team) leading all market access strategy work within your therapeutic area in close collaboration with the CVT leader and other CVT members.
- Provide support to all operating company departments on pricing and reimbursement related matters.
- Support the European pricing and reimbursement groups with adequate information on local pricing and reimbursement requirements and contribute as appropriate to the European strategies.
- You are the external pricing and reimbursement company-representative for your portfolio. Specific duties include:
- Represent the company on committees/working groups within industry associations
- Ensure leading presence at meetings with authorities, clients, industry-associations and other stakeholders regarding the pharma-business
- Develop and maintain contacts with key pricing and reimbursement-decision makers
- Interact regularly with the Public Affairs Director on pharma-policy topics
Qualifications
- You are a pharmacist or have another scientific background, with minimum 2 years experience in pharmaceutical industry preferably in a pricing/reïmbursement/health economics role.
- You are a dynamic and ambitious professional willing to work in a challenging business environment of a local company which is part of a global organization which is the most important healthcare provider in the world.
- You have the ability to manage multiple tasks/projects/priorities and complex issues. You are a teamplayer with a sound understanding of the pharmaceutical business environment and good written and verbal communication skills in Dutch, French and English.
- You are a diplomat and you have negotiation skills allowing you to reach a consensus between different stakeholders.
