[Responsibilities]
. Manage Labor Union/Labor Council
. Reviews and presents labor/employee relations trends and conducts risk assessments.
. Develops and maintains the overall labor relations strategies, practices and policies for J&J family companies.
. Uses knowledge, judgment, and experience to recommend courses of action on labor / employee relations issues to management.
. Implements best practices, skills, processes and tools for the Labor/Employee Relations work
. Act as a HR partner (business based HR) role for Plant partially.
[Requirement]
. Bachelor Degree or above
. Requires at least 8-10 years and more in relevant experience (ER & HR)
. Good communication & interpersonal skill
. Good English skill in verbal and writing
. Experience related to Labor Union in MNC would be preferred
. Able to work 1 day per week in HyangNam (경기도 화성)
