Description
The position will support Regional Operations Development leadership with cross-franchise project portfolio management analysis and process to ensure attainment of strategic initiatives and new product introduction goals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinate portfolio/governance-related process development, project progress tracking, report management and documentations
- Manage ROD SharePoint operations and structure to improve the effectiveness of document- and knowledge-sharing
- Support ROD analytics with data collection, assessments and recommendations
- Collaborate with RODs and other functions to ensure timely project updates and data gathering
- Lead portfolio system improvement/enhancement program
- Interface with Global PMO to ensure appropriate linkages between regional and global process, analytics and system requirements

- Degree holder with less than one year of working experience
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Process- and system-oriented
- Advanced knowledge and experienced in MS Excel; skillful with Microsoft Office applications
- A self-starter who thrives on complex challenges with desire to continuously learn and improve
- A team player who works well in a cross cultural and matrix environment
