The IT Lead, SAP Integration will be responsible for supporting SAP cross modules enhancements, SAP rollout projects and SOX compliance for SAP platform. This individual will be working as a part of a Center of Excellence (COE) team that supports the J&J Pharma R&D SAP platform.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree is required. This job requires a minimum of 6 years hands on experience in SAP financials and operational areas. SAP FI/CO and MM experience is required. SAP AM, IM and/or PS experience is strongly preferred. Knowledge and working experience of ECC 6 is a must. Cross module knowledge and hands on experience in technical integration with external systems is required.
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in finance supporting finance processes is required. Strong communication (written and verbal) skills are required since this role involves global support of Finance module and working with different business partners globally. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - independent problem solving with minimum supervision is required. Experience collaborating in a cross-functional team environment required. Global experience is required. Strong knowledge of Excel required. Strong ability to gather, document business requirements and translate them to the technical system specification is required. This includes end to end design requirements, functional specifications, configuration, testing strategies, and implementation of system solution.
Experience working with Finance interfaces with different systems is required. Experience with integration with Procurement systems is preferred. Experience in functional design, documenting and testing interfaces is required. Strong ability to write test scripts and conduct unit testing, integration testing and user acceptance testing is required. Ability to resolve configuration and functional business issues across various Finance modules is required. Knowledge of good controls and compliance best practices to support Sarbanes Oxley processes is required. Reconciliation knowledge on how to reconcile financial data between systems is required.
