Responsibility:
- Responsible for the development of Distribution Management in the region, strengthening DT's hospital channel capability, and assigned key/Strategic accounts.
- Responsible for coordinating BU's distributor territory planning & commercial BP with sales team.
- Work with RSM/DSM/TSM for providing performance trend analysis and recommendation based on report of distributor and drug logistic providers performance in sales, data submission and product flow.
- Build up professional relations with tendering companies; monitor closely the local government policy with GA&CC tender team.
- Ensure the compliance with applicable standard operating procedures to meet the corporate HCC requirement and JJMC company guidelines Develop and implement effective tender strategies, policies and procedures for DePuy Synthes by working closely with JJMC tendering team and external stakeholders.
- Leverage and collaborate across the region, liaising with business and functional managers as well as project teams for the region to build the offering package to enter into bidding stage, follow up bidding offering evaluation, review the biding contract based on fully understanding the situation and the tailored project level strategies.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree or above. Clinical medicine background is preferred
- At least 8 years working experience in medical industry
- Customer Intimacy/External Environment
- Focus on innovation to enrich pipeline
- Collaboration and Teaming
- Business analytical skills
