Job Description and Key Responsibilities:
This role will have the following responsibilities:
Neuroscience Strategic Marketing
- China Therapy Area Strategic Leadership as co-lead of the CTASTe
- Portfolio management of the CNS portfolio including portfolio analysis and prioritization
- Brand planning for new pipeline assets
- Close work with the BD team to fill pipeline gaps
- Strategic Planning for the entire TA which aligns closely to the Janssen 2020 vision and disease area stronghold objectives in depression and alzheimer’s
- Work closely with Regional Marketing and Medical colleagues
- Work closely with China Clinical Development colleagues
Lead XJP Strategic Plan Process
- Using established processes, drive strategic plan process across internal/external stakeholders including the leadership board, business unit leaders, Strategic Marketing colleagues, COEs and AP region leadership
- Support leaders in creating the XJP Strategic Plan including identification of key trends in China market, short term opportunities and mid/long term strategy

Qualifications
An ideal candidate will have deep in-line marketing and sales experience as well as a demonstrated ability to create strategic plans and understand portfolio, MBA will be preferred, He/she will be on an upward trajectory in general management or marketing. He/she will be able to lead others and generate excitement for a shared vision. He/she will also have strong communication skills and have demonstrated both flexibility in style and the ability to influence without authority. He/she will have demonstrated ability to work with a broad base of internal/external partners including scientific colleagues.
