The Engineering Technician will assist Manufacturing Engineers in the development of machining processes, assembly processes, provide support for process tests and validation, CNC Programming, tool standardization, development and design of fixtures and gauges. They assist in manufacturing engineering design, collect and analyze manufacturing system data, troubleshoot manufacturing processes, and assist with process control documentation. They must know and follow all laws and policies that apply to one's job, and maintain the highest levels of professionalism, ethics and compliance at all times. They will diligently participate in our compliance program-related activities as denoted by your supervisor or our Chief Compliance Officer, and perform other related duties, as required.
Qualifications
A minimum of a High School diploma is required, and an Associate’s degree in Manufacturing Technology or a related field is preferred. A minimum of two years of related work experience is required. Prior experience in a manufacturing environment with metal cutting is required. Candidate must have a familiarity with CNC programming; as well as troubleshooting of metal cutting or assembly processes. Candidate must be familiar with computers.
