REGIONAL MAKE EXCELLENCE MANAGER (CONSUMER DIVISION)-6810140320
Description
This position will provides regional leadership plans and directs ME2 Program deployment regionally & supports Make to Win initiative in the region. Regional ME2 Champion works closely with the Consumer Global & Enterprise ME2 council to develop standard ME2 processes, best practices and deployment guidelines. Regional ME2 Champion ensures that manufacturing site ME2 Champions flawlessly roll-out ME2 deployment plan and adequate support is provided to the region as well as affiliates.
This leader will work closely with various internal and external stakeholders.

Works with the Consumer Global ME2 leader to develop ME2 standards, processes, best practices and enterprise strategic direction, goals and objectives of ME2 Deployment and ensures Asia Pacific consumer inputs are well represented in the Global team

Works with AP Consumer MAKE Leadership team to ensure alignment of Consumer ME2 strategic direction/goals & objectives, garnering support, and authorization of deploying Consumer ME2 plan

Develops Regional implementation plans, resource requirements and budgets

Provides leadership /guidance of ME2 external/internal assessment for all sites Regionally

Aligns and provides guidance to the region on setting site action priorities/focused areas

Conducts Global benchmarking activities and establishing connectivity and liaising with other ‘benchmark’ sites

CMMS Maximo expert for the Region

Reporting of Global ME2 progress to plans, including delivery of benefits

Coaching and mentoring site ME2 champions

Develops Talent and leverages learning within and across the regions

Work with Global ME2 to identify and help to remove ‘roadblocks’

Maintenance of Global ME2 program continuity as people and priorities change
Qualifications
- Possess a Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- At least 8 years of related business experience
- Experience in Maintenance as site Maintenance Excellence champion and some exposure to Maintenance Excellence at a regional level
- Able to communicate and work with people at all levels
- Excellent motivator and communicator
- A track record of regional implementation successes all organizational levels
- Demonstrated ability to work with people
