Description
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Manage the sales operation and be responsible of e-commerce sales channel management including sell-in and off-take of JJVC business in e-commerce, Generating proposals, preparing sales quotations, planning customer meetings, and demonstrating capabilities on assigned products in e-pharmacies, responsible of sales target and achieving business objectives.
2. Develop and maintain the relationship with e-pharmacies including business negotiation according to aligned e-commerce start-up strategy such as pricing strategy, channel strategy and internal setup process.
3. Track business trend and promotion dynamism of e-pharmacies, communicating intelligence back to the business, along with customer concerns, issues and suggestions, together with e-marketing manager to make analysis, forecast and sales plan.
4. Execute e-marketing program aligned with e-marketing manager in e-pharmacy via said e-commerce platform and drive O2O promotion model with offline key account and Key Account Manager
5. Work with e-marketing manager to build up flagship store, leading the cooperation with flagship store operation partners, an e-pharmacy, and managing the setup process with TMALL
Qualifications

Requirements:
1. 4 years sales experience or KA management experience with at least 1 year experience in e-commerce sales management. Marketing experience is a plus
2. Bachelor Degree
3. Strong in interpersonal acumen…able to work with diversified internal and external client groups on conflicting metrics and expectations
4. Proactively, adaptability/multi tasking;
5. Interpersonal Understanding/Communication
