Key Account Manager - Hospital

Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret division's Strategic Sales direction and tailor business implementation plan to each customer in the hospital channel
- Gain market share in hospital channel by increasing availability and selling-out rates from the channel
- Identifies and analyses market condition in existing and potential hospital channel, making recommendation on pricing and promotion
- Prepare and execute sales call plan and report to ensure effective customer coverage
- Implement trade marketing program and coordinate with marketing, customer service, and other relevant departments
- Maintain key customers and strategic partnership for business development
- Implement pricing and promotion strategy with discipline
- Provides assistance to distribution sales staff
- Review execution of marketing program for future sales and profitability
Qualifications
- Bachelor/Master degree from reputable university
- MBA/MM preferred
- Healthcare industry experience preferred
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- At least 2 years of experience in Sales/Business Development role in general trade/modern trade channel (FMCG, mobile handsets industry, electronics are welcome)
- Genuine interest for a career in healthcare industry

This position will be based at Jakarta.
