Description

Janssen – the pharmaceutical segment of Johnson & Johnson - is actively engaged in meeting the most critical needs of patients worldwide through some therapeutic areas: oncology, cardiovascular disease and metabolism, neuroscience (including pain), infectious and biological diseases / immunology.

Reporting to Country Managing Director and dotted line to Regional BQ leader the main responsibilities of Quality Manager will be:
•Oversees the development and execution of the Business Quality (BQ),
•Works with Quality Associates and Business Leaders to ensure alignment of BQ initiatives.
•Provides leadership and ensures the operational success of quality functions in the country
•Ensures quality standards and processes are implemented in the country.
•Ensures appropriate risk management is performed to assure proper decision making in case of Quality issues.
•Develops CAPAs in collaboration with the Quality Associates to mitigate risks
Provide expertise and guidance on relevant regulations directives related to quality & compliance.
•Monitors performance and process metrics in the country.
•Provides direction, oversight, and development of quality associates.
•Assures that appropriate resources are on board to support the country needs.

Qualifications


Strong management experience in a regulated medical industry (Pharmaceuticals, MedicalDevices, consumer and / or Diagnostics).
Career developed in business oriented environment, used to consider quality rules and normative.
Knowledge of applicable country regulations, regional/matricial report experience is an important plus
People management skills with hard influence communication for quality and compliance topics
Experienced business view, linked or not to quality subject (e.g., manufacturing, product / process development, customer service, etc.), faced hard negotiation situations.
Process implementation experience is mandatory, black belt and ISO certification are desirable
Resulted oriented, self-drive and communicative profile completes the description
