The IT Lead, Project Management Process and Analytics will be responsible for supporting program and project reporting and analysis across the Global Product Innovation and Quality (GPIQ) project portfolio. They will be responsible for implementing and continually improving a disciplined program and project management framework across GPIQ. They will ensure alignment and reporting for key portfolio data, oversee the regular reporting of project status, and manage tools for project and program analytics, driving key insight into project performance. They will provide visibility to key project indicators to senior management for all projects under the GPIQ portfolio, and assist teams in identifying and removing roadblocks to success on their individual projects.

Roles and responsibilities include: Implement and continually improve disciplined program and project management framework across GPIQ; Oversee project reporting process across the GPIQ portfolio, delivering regular project status reports to PMs, stakeholders, and IT leadership; Implement and manage project reporting and analytics tools to drive key insights into project performance and support project planning and analysis; Communicate with IT PMs regarding project status and incorporate information into project metrics and reporting; Act as Portfolio Analyst for GPIQ organization to create transparency, reduce redundancy, and help formulate and create new processes for portfolio management.

Qualifications


A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required. A minimum 3 years project and/or portfolio management experience is required. A minimum 5 years supporting and/or managing projects is required. Experience with project management processes and tools are required. Experience with project reporting and metrics is required. Project Management certification is preferred. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word is required. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required. Analytical skills and experience is required. Ability to work in a fast pace, fluid environment is required. Self Starter, but able to work well within team environment is required.
