Description
- Responsible for managing the future product portfolio, including portfolio optimization, potential product line expansion and development of related local solutions.
- Develop business case for new products based on customer insight and market trends.
- Work closely with global and local partners. Lead and oversee the new product developing progress to deliver new products/ solutions on project timeline.
- Develop and manage product/brand related projects based on customer insights and business needs to strengthen brand equity.
- Collaborate with sales teams and partners to build innovative programs that can strengthen synergies between hospital and retail business.
- Lead market research, competitive analysis and key stakeholder analysis.
- Work closely with other functions, and actively connect with outside companies to form partnerships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above in medical and nursing related specialty
- Fluency in the English Language, both oral and written.
- 2-3 years working experience in sales and marketing experience in multinational companies.( at least 1 year in marketing)
- Strong business analytical skills and big picture thinking.
- Good project management skills, with focus not only on planning, but monitoring, follow-up and completing.
- Strong customer oriented sense and good communication skills with both of internal & external customers.
- Excellent capability on team working.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
