Senior Customer Development Manager
(Based in Cebu City, Philippines)
Job Summary
The person will be in charge of growing One J&J business in the drug store channel in VisMin. He or she will be responsible for building J&J business in the critical drug store chains as well as working directly with the respective J&J distributors in growing the balance drug stores/wholesalers.
Qualifications
KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree; 3-5 years experience in Sales, preferably has handled both Key Accounts and General Trade distributor, with a strong OTC pharma background; Should be proficient in computer applications; Good driving skills and has a valid driver’s license; Must be willing to travel around VisMin.
Strong influencer and collaborator; Must be able to work well with different types of stakeholders and customers; highly entrepreneurial; Must be quick to seize opportunities and drive growth for the drug store channel through innovative programs; Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
