Position Summary:
This role will have the responsibility to develop and implement the Site Communication and Change Management Strategy for the Xi’an Site to achieve the business objectives. The incumbent will be a member of the Xian site Leadership Team.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for executing organizational communications in support of Xian site business objectives. In this role, the individual will primarily work to implement JSC communication strategies, in order to drive high levels of awareness, understanding and engagement of JSC strategies across the Xian Site. The work includes but not limited to the following areas:
Leadership Communication
Organizational Communication
Communication measurement
Credo and Engagement
Cross functions collaboration and partnering
- Responsible for creating and deploying a change management strategy, roadmap, and implementation plans needed to implement the Xian site relocation strategies.
Partner with the Xian Site LT to align the organization to a new Culture centered on mission, vision, and forward looking strategy.
Collaborate with Human Resources, drive the Credo Survey process and formulate the action plan according to improve employee engagement and build the new Xian Site culture.
Qualifications
Related Experience
Minimum requires 5 years related experience in Communication, Change Management, Human Resource and /or Supply Chain Project management etc.;
Diverse business background with direct experience leading teams and organizations and a demonstrated track record of successfully leading a major business change is required. Experience across multiple businesses is an advantage.

Excellent listening and analytical skills, facilitation skills, organizational skills, and the ability to lead people and help them through the challenges of change within a complex environment are required.
Proven track record of engaging people who are experiencing large scale change is required.
Experience with and appreciation of multi-cultural change is required.
