Role Summary:
Responsible for developing, and managing productive working relationships with assigned independent contractors (BioAdvance Coordinators). Hiring and managing against Service level standards, ensuring Coordinators are the partner of choice for patients and healthcare professionals.
Develop key performance metrics, monitor against these metrics and problem solve to maximize the effectiveness and consistency of BioAdvance Coordinator operations. Support and coach against professional development goals.
Operate as a key point of contact between assigned BACs and the BioAdvance Centers of Excellence and other key Janssen partners to resolve identified issues, drive operational excellence and ensure consistent and standard implementation across the Canadian BAC population.
Major Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute and refine a strategically-aligned regional business plan
- Recruit, coach and lead a team of third-party vendors, to drive optimal patient and HCP experiences via the BioAdvance program
- Participate in the negotiation of contracts and service level agreements with assigned BioAdvance Coordinators. Communicate with the assigned BACs on all aspects of the contract, to ensure efficient fulfillment of contractual obligations and service level agreements.

- Enable program and strategy roll-out to assigned BACs as planned
- Utilize and share best practices with other Managers in contractor management to ensure optimal achievement of contract commitments
- Maintain and retain monthly management reports, which are focused on metrics, risk conditions, data comparisons, to facilitate the review of key risk indicators.
- Synchronize with cross-functional counterparts to ensure alignment
- Participate in strategic and tactical planning sessions in partnership with key internal stakeholders and partners.
- Lead Regional resourcing recommendations for Coordinator and clinic deployment
- Lead and actively participate in cross-functional teams to support BioAdvance projects
- Provide project leadership to the teams, in the form of ensuring execution against the business plan, team building, and engaging & motivating team members
Qualifications
1. Relevant knowledge and experience
Minimum of 8-10 years progressive sales & marketing experience, preferably in a pharmaceutical environment.
Undergraduate degree required
Track record of leading and coaching teams to ensure corporate alignment and the successful achievement of goals
2. Technical competency requirements:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strength in negotiation and influencing without authority to achieve goals and results
People management experience
Experience developing strategic business plans, implementation and ability to deliver results against plans
Demonstrated analytic and forecasting skills
Self-starter with a bias for action
Learning agility
Proven ability to lead and work collaboratively with cross-functional partners and teams
Conflict Management competencies
