Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting for a Technology Lead, Systems & Technology, Health Care Compliance (HCC) Pharm Operations, located at any appropriate JNJ site in the NJ and PA area, but will require the ability travel locally to Titusville, NJ or New Brunswick, NJ as needed by business.

The Technology Lead, Systems & Technology, Health Care Compliance (HCC) Pharm Operations is responsible for designing, building, and managing technical solutions related to ensuring the Pharmaceutical Sector fulfills Johnson & Johnson’s HCC requirements. The ideal candidate should have a high degree of technical acumen, client-side web development experience, and be able to use technology to solve business problems. In addition, the candidate will be responsible for connecting with partners across the J&J enterprise from HCC&P, I/T, and the business. The Technology Lead will develop technology solutions, partnering with I/T where necessary, to automate and increase efficiencies for business processes supporting the fulfillment of Health Care Compliance & Privacy (HCC&P) business requirements. Areas of focus include the Corporate Integrity Agreement and Open Payments, with customers spanning numerous HCC&P departments as well as key business partners across the J&J enterprise. He/she will gather requirements, develop, and maintain the pharm group HCC SharePoint environment, which contains a number of customized, client-side solutions, to enhance HCC collaboration and drive operational efficiencies. The individual will partner with existing LMS administrator to provide oversight of technologies supporting the Learning Management System (Compliance Wire and other) to ensure CIA requirements are met on an ongoing basis. The Technology Lead will collaborate on global HCC&P technology initiatives, spanning all J&J sectors and develop standard operating procedures and documentation on all technology solutions.
Qualifications
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Information Management/Systems, Computer Science, Business or related field. A minimum of 6 years business or I/T experience is required. Must have a strong understanding of web technologies and experience building client-side web solutions using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, web services, and/or XML. Familiarity with all aspects of the software development life-cycle and leading projects from end-to-end is required.The ability to quickly learn new technologies to deliver innovative, scalable, and sustainable solutions is required. Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required. Experience with Microsoft SharePoint client-side development (SharePoint 2007 or later) using DVWPs, jQuery, XSL, etc is preferred. Experience with VBA development in Access, Excel or Outlook is preferred. MS Access or equivalent database experience is preferred. Experience administering a LMS, such as Cornerstone, is preferred.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with a proven track record of influencing others to produce high quality results are critical for this role. Project management skills with demonstrated experiences in prioritizing needs across multiple projects and implementing system or process enhancements are required. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills. Candidates should have a general understanding of a multitude of technologies and how they can be used to solve business problems.
This position requires up to 10% domestic travel between business sites as determined by business need.
