职位目标：
在工程部经理的领导下，满足客户对工程需求以及日益提高的GMP规范要求，有计划地设计、实施、组织和管理更新厂房设施、设备与控制系统相关的项目。Guided by the Engineering Manager, this position will plan, execute and manage projects on site premises and facilities in order to meet the process needs and GMP needs.
1. 领导跨部门团队，组织项目的启动、预算申请、项目审批、市场调研、各专业设计、报价、招标，同时根据西安杨森质量部、安全环保部、购买部的相关政策以及用户需求设计起草技术要求及合同，并确保合理的投资及预期项目的质量。
Lead Cross-Function Teams, organizing project research, design, pricing and bidding, drafting technical contracts according to XJP Quality/EHS/Finance/Purchasing policies and ensuring the projects be completed at reasonable cost and desired quality.
2. 主要负责工程项目、设备改造项目工业电气控制专业的设计、计划、实施、监理、验证、验收工作，同时与用户部门沟通，明确用户需求，起草预算申请并获得审批。
Be responsible for Engineering project, equipment modification projects. It will be mainly focusing on electrical automation control in designing, planning, and execution, supervising, commissioning, validation etc. good collaboration with operation department to clear URS, making project budget and CAR for management approval.
3. 支持公用工程系统正常运行，帮助解决设备维修过程中自控专业的疑难问题。
Provide technical support for utility system operation and help to trouble shooting equipment automation issues.
4. 管理项目，协调控制项目的进度、质量、成本，并起草相关文件：工程管理程序、合同技术协议、操作程序、验证文件、项目管理计划、项目中期报告、项目验收报告。
Project management, coordination of project timetable, quality, cost, and drafting relative documentation such as Project procedure, contract, SOP, Qualification, Planning, project middle report and acceptance report etc. Coordinate and control project implementation according to contract, and draft validation documents.
5. 提供预算投资方面的建议。
Give advice to engineering manager on project budget and control project cost using proper approaches (e.g. PE approach).
6. 组织培训工程项目相关的操作员、维修工程师和技术人员，确保整个项目的操作运行完全符合环境、安全、工业卫生法规及强生的政策。
Execute enough training for project related operator, technician to ensure all projects system operations comply with environmental, safety and industry hygiene regulations and J&J requirements.
Qualifications
任职条件：
本科或以上学历，机电一体化、自动化控制、化学工程等相关专业
3年以上相关工作经验，2年以上工程项目经验
良好的项目管理知识和能力，熟悉制药企业厂房、设施、设备相关的GMP法规
熟练操作office办公软件，CAD软件等
流利的英语听说读写能力。
