The WW DePuy Synthes Plan organization leads the Global Sales and Operation Planning process and is accountable for outcomes.
The ASPAC Business Unit Assistant Plan Manager will
- Lead ASPAC Regional S&OP process for the given business unit ensuring continuous improvement (increased maturity), integrating In Country > Regional with Global cycles to continually improve Customer Service, Inventory and Cost goals.
- Collaborate with Regional Commercial and in country teams to ensure Events (New Products Introductions, Tenders, Regulatory changes etc.) are sensed early and managed effectively.
- Own aggregation of Regional Demand Signal & Inventory Roll-up (e.g. DP vs. BP, growth trend assumptions) for handover to WW Business Units business for planning cycles.
- NPI & growth Focus – own launch execution via collaboration for Pre-launch demand reviews (e.g. cannibalization, RA scenario planning), launch execution (on time delivery of revenue & non-revenue demand) as well as post launch monitoring demand vs. forecast to ensure balanced supply & demand.
- Ensure Planning system (DP & SNP) parameters and hierarchy is setup & maintained to optimal configuration via collaboration with regional analytics partners & global COE.
- Ensure translation of WW Supply Signal into Regional Specific to improve customer experience and primary escalation point for in country teams & commercial partners.
- Own management of constraints and escalate critical decision making when necessary
Key Measures:
- ‘End Customer Service’ Levels and Investment Set Deployment Targets
- MAPE & BIAS
- Inventory and G&O (Obsolescence)
- S&OP Maturity in given Business Unit
Qualifications
REQUIRED
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- At least 6 years experience (i.e. Planning or Logistics), Some Healthcare / Regulatory Dependent sector experience desirable.
- Customer Focused
- Proficient user of ERP / Planning systems (e.g. SAP APO).
- Problem solving mentality and “can do” attitude. Able to analyze multiple data sources in high pressure environment to give prompt recommendations & solution
- Strong collaboration, partnering and negotiation skills
