Position Title: Customer Development Manager
Location: Maidenhead, UK
Closing Date: 24 October 2014
Position Summary:
We now have a great opportunity for a Customer Development Manager to join our Consumer business. You will be responsible for a specific Global Franchise/Category within a large account, or all Global Franchises/Categories in selected smaller accounts, with direct responsibility for business worth at least £5m NTS and high levels of complexity.
Main duties and responsibilities:
• Delivery of specified business targets (sales, spend and profit targets - TS, A&P, NTS, Net GP )
• Influences a diverse group of stakeholders, at multiple levels, to drive initiatives forward and to achieve a strategic vision
• Understand and lever J&J’s strategic business objectives including customer segmentation and retailer life cycle to develop a winning customer plan
• Full forecasting and spend management for your Global Franchise/Category responsibilities, making accurate forecasts to your business team and CS&P contacts.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- CDM experience on at least 1 account
- At least 2 Global Franchises/Categories, for a minimum of two business cycles
