The Director, Field Operations, works directly with senior leaders to identify and maximize operational processes to achieve organizational goals related to sales. She/He develops strategies to work with our internal and external partners to optimize business processes. This individual works directly with field sales management for flawless implementation and execution.

The goal of the Director, Field Operations is to support, develop and implement franchise operational capabilities for field sales and align operational support from internal business partners. This will allow for maximum impact on field sales and customer populations.

The Director establishes operational work streams for supporting the Regional Franchise model and field sales including: Deployment, Incentive Compensation, Field Reporting, IT, Performance Metrics / Dashboards, CSO Management, Field Business Planning, Cycle / POA Meeting. The Director will also enhance customer engagement through operational process and best practices.

Qualifications


A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required. 10 or more years in sales and/or operational roles is required. 3 or more years of experience in sales leadership at the Regional Business Director level is preferred. 5 or more years of direct people management experience is required. The selected candidate must possess strong analytical thinking abilities, demonstrate strategic thinking and planning and work well in a matrix environment without direct line authority. The selected candidate must be able to influence thinking amongst senior leaders, and possess excellent communication skills. This position is located in Horsham, PA and may require up to 30% travel.
