Under limited supervision, this role is responsible for managing all operation documents such as work orders, inspection forms, device history records, training records, etc. This position is also instrumental in driving key business decisions through the generation and analysis of various production metrics and reports. Additional responsibilities may include coordinating departmental trainings, assisting in improvement projects, and generally assisting other operational needs.

Under limited supervision and in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, the duties of this position may include: Prepare, issue, and control production related documents such as work orders, inspection forms, training records, etc; Prepare, analyze, and maintain production related metrics such as yields, cycle times, planned vs. actual, etc.; and Assist in driving business decisions through analysis of data and metrics.

This role will: Help monitor production control data and assist in taking corrective action for any noticeable trends; Facilitate departmental trainings. Control and maintain all training records; Plan and direct the administration and implementation of assigned projects as required to assist the development and manufacture of the company’s products; and Study the need for improvements of existing processes, systems and equipment, and assist in optimization projects to increase efficiency, quality, and to reduce costs.

Furthermore, this position will: Ensure department quality and safety compliance; Able to respond to routine problems independently; Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level; Responsible for ensuring subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition. Also, this role is Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures; and Performs other duties assigned as needed

The ideal candidate must: have good to excellent organizational skills; be thorough and detail oriented; be able to successfully complete company/department training courses; Must be able to work with a minimum of supervision; and Must have good to excellent reading, writing and communication skills in the English language.

Qualifications


The following experiences are required: BS degree in relevant discipline; minimum 2 years of work experience; Microsoft Office proficient; experience using Power point; Excellent writing skills; Analytical mindset; and ability to wear special garments when working in a clean room environment.

The following experiences are preferred: Experience doing presentations; Prior analytical experience; experience in quality; experience in production; experience in manufacturing yield and scrap; experience looking at non conformances; experience with Metrics & reporting
