Sr. HR Operations and Shared Services Specialist

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Compensation & Benefit
- Manage C&B daily operations areas such as Benefits payments, Payroll review, Final payments, Assignee, System administration and managing incoming queries
- Supporting Compensation & Benefit survey data input & report analysis
- Serve as the lead resource to analyze, design, recommend process and system improvements to support all compensation and benefit programs.
- Monthly workforce data alteration validation
- Total Rewards: Administer the year end compensation changes and merit increases, supporting by providing data as required.
- Global Mobility: Income & Taxes reporting, Data records for immigration and company provisioning
- Transfer/promotion/termination/global mobility administration
- Time-off/Leave management
- Monthly employees data report & Analysis validation
- Monthly-yearly payroll accounting reconcile data support (related to tax purposes)
2. HR Personnel data files management
3. Credo survey support
4. Training & Knowledge management: conduct New hire on boarding & orientation
5. Maintaining Annual Indonesia HR calendar of event
6. Support BU’s HR and HR OPS ad-hoc country or regional projects
Qualifications

Required
- Min 4 years experiences of compensation & benefit execution, employee data improvement, payroll process and total rewards administration
- Able to initiate and schedule project in related to new process improvements or changing in current process.
- Must have a competent knowledge of employment legislation and the ability to translate into practical solutions.
- University degree or above, good English verbal and written communication skill
- Good command of MS office(Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Outlook)
- Experience in HRIS, with ERP system employee data & records management is preferred
Desirable
- Experience of improving HR processes with innovation to maximize efficiency & deliver quality
- A sense of urgency and problem solving ability - to ensure timely resolution and work effectively. Ability to prioritize and multi-task under pressure
- Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills confident to interact and influenced all levels (internal/external stakeholders) to identify opportunities,
- develop ideas and outcomes to deliver good quality of HR support within businesses.
- Comfortable in handling ambiguity and fluid situations, demonstrating a pragmatic approach
- Strong customer focus, team player, organized and detail orientated, time conscious a must
- Project management skill and experience is a plus
LOCATION
This position is based in Jakarta. There is no relocation support.
