The SA, SAP Order to Cash (OTC IT-SA) provides business process and functional support to the J&J Medical Asia Pacific SAP SC users. The primary responsibility of this role is to work with the country/regional Supply Chain & Manufacturing Business Process Owners (OTC BPO) to ensure the regional SAP OTC system supports the ASPAC MD&D business processes, and is seen to provide a competitive advantage for the business. Order to cash includes SAP (SD), pricing and significant interface with FICO, Lean & full warehousing, Inventory Management (MM/WM/), Integration with External customers like 3 PL/ 4 PL.

The OTC IT-SA will be the owner of SAP OTC set up and support (including the overall overseer of Customer Intimacy Portal), whilst working with the OTC BPOs and SAP OTC users to deliver business process improvements in a compliant and cost effective manner. The OTC IT-SA will also contribute to the overall effectiveness of the Enterprise Systems Solutions (ESS) team through active participation in ESS activities and provision of technical and functional support across the various Enterprise Systems processes where possible.

Key Tasks

Strategic Planning and Execution:

Develop business-appropriate I/T plans that will drive the execution of strategic initiatives, programs or projects defined at the MD&D Regional and Global level.
• Support the I/T Sr. manager, ASPAC Ops COE in developing annual plans.
• Plans, leads and coordinates teams for multiple I/T projects, efficiently managing time lines.

I/T Performance Mgmt

Performance KPIs defined and monitored, in line with regional definitions.
• In alignment with Regional I/T Key Performance Indicators, defines and monitors I/T performance measures to support strategies and objectives
• Participates in and helps to foster a positive benchmark mentality amongst Regional and Local I/T management

Service Delivery:

Delivers I/T services in an effective manner.
• Provides delivery of I/T services in relation to Supply chain Systems.
• Leverages off existing global or regional applications, systems and processes as a first option
• Ensures the I/T user base is well trained and equipped to effectively use all available systems and technologies
• Provides user base with adequate applications, process and technology support, escalating to second and third level support if required
• Contingency plans and processes are in place for all Applications

Compliance:

Ensure all I/T activities are executed according to global, regional standards
• Develops a deep understanding of all I/T compliance requirements (SOX, HCBI and ICR)
• Works with Regional I/T to ensure all I/T compliance requirements are defined, managed and monitored
• Promotes need for compliance amongst I/T organisation

ITGS Relationship Management:

Build and manage relationship with internal technology and infrastructure supplier.
• Manages relationship with GS (L2/L3.
• Manage L3 resources.

Learning and Growth:

Assist in creating a learning organization
• Creates a learning organization by ensuring continuous learning (thru I/T trainings) is an inherent and explicit part of the I/T strategy
• Participates in intra- and inter-regional learning forums to assist in improving processes across the region, as well as identify opportunities for I/T

Organisational Effectiveness:

Create and manage an effective I/T organisational structure
• Ensures I/T organisational structure, work and job systems are relevant and in support of strategic direction.

• Utilises Performance Management processes to ensure objectives are achieved

• Promotes teamwork and is a team player

Qualifications


Requirements

• 7 to 12 years work experience preferable with Health care Industry in ERP area like SAP.
• Tertiary qualifications at Degree level
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with project management, systems implementation, Development
• Very good familiarity with Business Processes of an Enterprise Order to cash, pricing and B2B interfaces.
• Knowledge of technology platforms but not limited such as SAP
• Expertise in Sales, Shipping, Billing.
• Expertise in Pricing, Rebates, Taxation.
• Expertise in Intercompany process, third party logistics
• 2-3 years Expertise in SAP CRM particularly in Internet Sales
• Experience in solving post upgrade issues
• Knowledge of SD integration with FI, CO and MM/WM & CRM Internet Sales
• Knowledge of interfaces, IDOCs.
• Knowledge of the delta functionalities of 4.7 and ECC 6.0
• Knowledge of FI-AR,CIN.
• Knowledge of Sales and Distribution business/Intercompany process in FMCG/Pharma industry.
• Interpersonal and Client Liaison skills.
• Knowledge of GXP/SOX validated environment is preferred
• Knowledge of remedy /quality centre/documentum
