Human Resources Leadership Development Program Overview:

Johnson & Johnson's Human Resources Leadership Development Program (HRLDP) is a two-year program with two to three rotations that provide you with depth and breadth of learning and experience within the Global HR Function. Rotations will provide experiences across the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies. Rotations may be in the Medical Devices and Diagnostics, Pharmaceutical, Consumer, Corporate and Supply Chain sectors.

In addition to rotating through a range of J&J business sectors, the HRLDP provides exposure to various functional areas within Human Resources and is intended to develop and prepare HR professionals to be future HR leaders either as a Business Based HR professional (generalist) or a Specialist.

In a Specialist role, you will work as subject matter experts to provide consulting and design support to the J&J businesses on an enterprise, global and/or regional level. Specialty Groups include Global Recruiting, Total Rewards and Compensation, HR Services, Employee Relations, Global Talent Management and others.

As a Business Based HR Professional, you will be accountable to the J&J businesses in diagnosing needs and delivering HR solutions. You will gain experience in the areas of leadership development, performance management, change management, organizational development or design, talent management, talent acquisition, engagement and various other areas requiring human resources expertise.

Over the course of the program you will build and develop strong relationships within the J&J community. You will be part of a robust 2 year integrated training curriculum as well as various mentoring. Assignments are chosen based on personal development, experience, interest, and business need. In order to successfully graduate from the program, participants need to demonstrate their potential to be successful at the manager level and beyond. It is expected that HRLDP graduates will be placed in a full-time role where they continue to further their development and grow in their careers at J&J while driving and supporting the goals of the business.

Location of Human Resources Positions:

Positions are available at various Johnson & Johnson operating companies throughout Asia Pacific

Qualifications


Graduate student completing Master's Degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Organizational Psychology, or other HR related Disciplines, OR MBA - with intended graduation date between December, 2014 - July, 2015

Minimum of 3 years of full time professional experience required

Previous professional Human Resources experience and/or demonstrated interest in starting a career in Human Resources desired

Must be geographically mobile for 2 year duration of the Leadership Development Program

Candidates must have language fluency of the country where the assignment is located, and be legally authorized to work permanently (i.e. without time limitations, without restrictions or without need for work sponsorship) in the country where the assignment is located are also required.

Multi-lingual a plus
